At Providence Church, we are committed to equipping parents to disciple their children and bring them up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord. One of the ways we endeavor to do this is by having our elementary-aged children worship with us in the sanctuary on Sunday mornings for corporate worship. We fully recognize that some of the theology and concepts in a given sermon can be less accessible for children of this age, and that children, like anyone else, function better when they understand what is going on around them. To that end, we will be sending out a weekly email to the parents providing them with tools to enable them to go over the upcoming sermon text with their children and ensure that their entire family is prepared, both mentally and spiritually, for Sunday morning.
